Chesapeake Bay House: Pricing and Conditions

During the summer high season, rentals are Saturday to Saturday.

June - October: $2500 per week (Saturday to Saturday rentals)
November - May: $2000 per week (Saturday to Saturday rentals)

At other times rental is $325 per night, with a two-night minimum.

A 5% tax applies to all rentals.

Rental Deposit

We need to receive a 50% deposit within 7 days from the date of your reservation. The remaining amount is due 120 days prior to reservation date. You will be reimbursed for your deposit if you cancel 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival time. If you need to cancel for any reason after this time, we will try to rent our home for you. In the event we are unable to rent our home, your payment cannot obviously be reimbursed. Your rental payment is a statement of your acceptance of our rental policy.
